RESIDENCES AT 6G

Austin’s tallest residential building at 874 ft tall, 6G, located at the corner of 6th Street and Guadalupe, is a 66-story building, featuring 349 high-end apartments and 24 penthouses. Ashby Collective was hired by developer Kairoi Residential to approach the design with the same sensibilities we bring to high-end luxury homes. Ashby Collective designed an array of public spaces including the lobby, business center, elevator corridors, mail room, level 34 club room, pool deck, podcast room, game lounge theater, leasing offices, amenity lounges, and model units, as well as all materials and finishes for the 24 penthouse units. Each space was designed to reflect a thoughtful and refined, yet approachable aesthetic to reflect the international residents. Thoughtfully curated and custom furnishings were outfitted with luxurious textiles and warm color palette to echo a sense of layered and inviting experience. A mix of modern and classic furnishings were sourced by Austin artisans and local vendors to celebrate the creative excitement that Austin provides.
